Intercessory Prayer

We intercede for: the needs of God’s people, families, communities, the salvation of the lost also guidance for the church and, government leaders across our nation and the world. If there is a need in your life we will take it to God on your behalf, who is a re warder of those who diligently seek him.

Bereavement Ministry

The mission of the Bereavement Ministry is to serve the church and assist on any occasion when and where our services are needed. It serves as the coordinating ministry to provide assistance to bereaved families of First Baptist Church during the funeral; assist the Repast Ministry in preparation of the consolation meal; assist the pastor in providing follow-up support to the families experiencing bereavement.

Usher Ministry

Our mission is to serve God and the congregation with excellence. To meet, greet, ad seat all parishioners, visitors and friends. We will make everyone feel welcome and valued as they enter into the Sanctuary. We will maintain an environment free from interruptions so the congregation can feel safe and secure while they worship God. We distribute church bulletins, assist with the collection of tithes and offering and handle most matters related to worship services, funerals, special meetings and celebrations as indicated.
